BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (June 23, 2026) — Gulf Western Roofing has completed a comprehensive, multi-system roofing installation for the TerraWalk Amenity Campus at Babcock Ranch. Developed by DiVosta Homes, a division of PulteGroup, in partnership with Heatherwood Construction, the project required the precise integration of three distinct roofing systems, including tile, standing seam metal and TPO all expertly engineered together to ensure maximum watertightness and long-term durability.
The project includes a 19,800-square-foot clubhouse and a 1,000-square-foot cabana designed to serve as the central gathering space for residents within the TerraWalk neighborhood.
Gulf Western Roofing provided installation of multiple roofing systems across the amenity campus, utilizing materials selected to support long-term durability and performance in Southwest Florida’s climate. The project incorporated Eagle Roofing Tile for pitched roof areas, Polyglass underlayment for moisture protection, Gulf Coast Supply & Manufacturing standing seam metal panels, custom-fabricated chimney caps by Architectural Metal Flashings and a GAF TPO roofing system for low-slope and mechanical deck areas.
“The completion of the TerraWalk Amenity Campus represents the collaboration, craftsmanship and attention to detail that define every project we take on,” said Keith Harris, sales manager at Gulf Western Roofing. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Heatherwood Construction and DiVosta Homes to deliver a roofing system that supports both the long-term performance and architectural vision of this community.”
Construction on the project began in February 2025. Completion of the roofing systems marked a major milestone in the overall construction process as the clubhouse and cabana moved into final finishing stages ahead of opening.
The combination of tile, metal and TPO roofing systems was selected to support hurricane resistance, efficient water management and architectural continuity throughout the property.
Gulf Western Roofing collaborated closely with DiVosta Homes, Heatherwood Construction and project material partners throughout the installation process, continuing the company’s work on large-scale residential and commercial developments across Florida.
