  • Pre– and post–hurricane inspections (up to 3 per year)
  • 2-year extended roof warranty

* - Roof tile replacement under this program is limited to ten pieces per year in total based on the following pricing: $5.00 per piece for field tiles; $10.00 per piece for cut tiles; $15.00 per piece for trim tiles.
